Boat Rental HK Terms and Conditions

1. The number of people onboard cannot exceed the legal license capacity.
   上船人數不可超過船牌所規定。 
2. Guests / Passengers must take responsibility themselves to ensure the safety of their own belongings. 乘客需確保自身安全。 
3. Acknowledge that responsible drinking practices are my own responsibility as the organizer. Boat Rental HK and its insurance takes no liability for any injury incurred to any person which is excess in drinking.
   Boat Rental HK 及其保險對任何飲酒過量的人員所造成的任何傷害不會承擔任何責任。
4. Acknowledge that responsible for any damage caused to the boat by me or my guests, and as the organizer I will  be liable for any repair costs.
   乘客對船舶造成的任何損害，將會承擔修理費用。 
5. All Children are the responsibilities of their parents/guardians.
   父母/監護人有責任照顧他們的小孩。 
6. No drugs allowed onboard.
   不可吸毒和帶毒品上船。 
7. No dancing on the boat especially the upper deck for junk boat.
   不可在船上跳舞，尤其是上層甲板。 
8. No external equipment or DJ equipment is allowed to bring onboard, unless it is approved by the staff of Boat Rental HK  during booking. Please double check with us before paying deposit
   除非獲得 Boat Rental HK 的工作人員批準，否則不可攜帶 DJ 設備。 請在落訂金前通知我們。
9. No diving allowed from the top of the boat.
   不可在船上跳水 
10. No swimming allow when engine is still on.
    不可游泳當船舶開動引擊時 
11. The Captain has the sole right for decisions made onboard, including destinations, safety, music level, controls,  reckless and dangerous behavior, the Captain reserves the right to return to the pier and finish the charter.
    船長擁有船上決策的唯一權利，包括目的地，安全，音樂水平，控制一切魯莽和危險的行為，船長保留返回碼頭並完成船程
12. Overtimes and extra fuel may applied for some destinations.
    某些目的地可能需額外的燃料。 
13. The organizer of the charter is responsible for informing their guests the Terms and conditions, indemnity form  and charter details.
    租船主持人需通知乘客有關條款和條件，賠償表格和租船細節。 
14. The organizer is responsible for any damages on the boat happen on the charter caused by the attendees of the  charter. 
    租船主持人會負責船上的任何損害因乘客所造成。
